February of 2000 saw the realization of Vanshaw Tours with 1 phone, 1 Reservations Agent , 1 Bus and 1 Driver. The vision of the owners was to provide great and inexpensive tour packages out of Medicine Hat, Alberta. Vanshaw Tours purchased another motor coach in late 2000 as Vanshaw Tours started to see growth in the bus tour business in Medicine Hat and surrounding areas.

In the course of expansion it was inevitable that we eventually started in to the motor coach charter business. 2001 saw us expand to Saskatoon with the purchase of Antelope Tours which was absorbed under the Vanshaw Tours banner. Not only did this increase our fleet size, this also allowed us to offer tour packages and charter services out of both Alberta and Saskatchewan. Since the purchase of Antelope Tours the bus charter business grew and we continued to slowly expand and in 2010 we started a new brand... VTI coachlines was born as a division of Vanshaw Tours Inc. with the sole purpose of providing safe, reliable and economical motor coach transportation with our clients as the top priority. With the addition of 3 more coaches in late 2010 our fleet increased to a total of 8 highway coaches. Our fleet contains both MCI and Prevost touring coaches for maximum comfort on your journey. All coaches have on board Lavatory and an AV system with compatibility for CD,DVD & VHS. Some of our coaches also offer wi-fi.

Passenger safety is always our #1 priority. Our professional drivers will ensure you reach your destination safely. Our coaches are regularly maintained and are inspected monthly by provincially licensed inspectors at provincially licensed facilities. Our drivers are also required to adhere to Canada’s Federal Driver Hours of Service.
